Enhancing Domain Security Through Ownership Verification

It would be beneficial to implement domain ownership verification for domains added to Servebolt.
By requiring a TXT record to be added to the domain during setup, we could ensure that domains are not being hijacked or used for malicious purposes. This measure would also prevent the misuse of stale subdomains still pointing to Servebolt IPs.
This feature could be optional by default, with mandatory enforcement for secured environments, Accelerated domains, or domains using Servebolt CDN.
